The annual bean feast (see menu below) also known as the Club Laying-up Supper will be held on Saturday 26th October at 1900 for 1930 (or 7 pm for 7.30 pm for land based members…).
The menu will consist of:
- Smoked Salmon on a bed of Watercress with horseradish creme fraiche
- Chicken wrapped in Parma Ham with Dauphinoise potatoes, Chantenay Carrots and fine green beans
- Mango Mousse and Eton Mess in chocolate cups
- Cheese and biscuits
- Tea and Coffee
Followed by the presentation of trophies, and significant (though possibly slightly inaccurate) memories of how well we almost sailed…
Where else can you get all that for just £30 per head?
Lists will be closing this Wednesday so email Smudge to book your plaice (fish joke, sorry, no pescatarian option).
