Thank you to everyone who helped. You were the d**s  b***cks. Be very impressed by the last photo.

Both the Commodore and Jane Parr ended up in Bodmin casualty today. Stuart will be on crutches, and Jane has both arms out of action.

And there are still quite a few numbers not yet chosen.  

We will be giving the quay a good clean up and clear out this Saturday. All volunteers will be welcomed with open arms from 0930 onward. Old clothes and gloves would be a good idea. The picture below is not meant to imply that women do all the work…  

Wednesday 6th March 7.00 p.m. for a prompt 7.30 start. £25 per head three course dinner mixed with the acting out of a murder mystery. Prizes may be awarded (or may not – it’s a mystery….) Sign up and bring your magnifying glass

Light lunches will be available next Monday to Friday, from midday to 2 p.m. and on Sunday 24th (no Carvery that day). Carvery as normal this Sunday but remember to book before midday on Saturday. Fish Night as usual every Friday 6.30 until last orders at 8.15

The quay is like an ice rink. So regrettably we have decided to cancel tonight’s fish supper and the bar will be closed also. The good news is now we’re in with a chance for the ice dancing event as well as the downhill…  

So that’s why they call it a slipway…
